Hi, I’m Dr. Meredith Irwin, a pediatrician practicing in beautiful Chatham, New Jersey. I serve the surrounding areas of Summit, Madison, New Providence, and Berkeley Heights, to name a few. I specialize in personalized, high-quality care for children and their families, and I’m excited to launch this blog to connect with you.

As a parent of 3 myself, I know how challenging and rewarding it can be to navigate the ups and downs of raising kids. Whether you’re dealing with toddler tantrums, managing sleep schedules, or guiding your adolescent through the changes puberty brings, I’m here to offer guidance, support, and a touch of humor along the way.

I believe in a holistic approach to care—getting to know my patients and their families so that we can partner together in ensuring the best possible outcomes for your child.
